Camping pods are small timber lodges (micro lodges) that are a great alternative to camping accommodation. Often referred to as ‘glamping‘ due to the modern luxuries that they contain. Our micro lodges have everything you need for a fun and comfortable stay in a great location in the Lake District.
Set in a beautiful location with Blencathra as a backdrop on one side and views across the valley to the other you will feel immersed in the beauty of the Lake District.

Pets
We have two pods that are pet-friendly. These are the Bluebell and Holly Tree pods.
Living Area
Each camping pod contains a living area complete with Freeview Tv, a sofa (double sofa bed great for kids) and a dining table for 4.
Kitchen
The kitchen area has an electric 2-ring hob, microwave and fridge – all you need to cook up a cosy meal all within the lodge.
Bathroom
The bathroom comes complete with full-size shower, heated towel rail, toilet and sink.
Outside
Each of the six identical lodges have a private outdoor patio area with furniture so you can sit out and enjoy the views either over a glass of wine in the evening or a morning coffee.
Accessibility
Please be aware that all our pods are situated on a hill, which may require consideration for guests with accessibility needs.
Proximity to the A66
We want to inform you that our lovely pods are conveniently located near the A66 road. However, during busy times, there might be some noise from the road that could be heard.
